From the Special Officer & Commr. & Secy., Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad,  Lr.Rc.No. SO/Unified Service Rules-1, dt. 14.09.2015.      

ORDER:-

In continuation of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above, the following Committee is constituted to study pros and cons on “Unified Service Rules of Government and Panchayath Raj Teachers”  i.e., to study all court cases including pending Supreme Court case; Constitutional  provisions; Presidential order; A.P. Education Act 1982 and  A.P. Panchayat Raj Act etc., and to suggest possible solutions to settle the issue and to fill up the posts of MEOs, Dy.EOs., and Lecturers DIET etc., and to submit report within a month to Government:
