State are requested to follow the guidelines issued by the Government and issue necessary instructions to the concerned for celebrating
Independence Day duly following Covid-19 guidelines.
The Regional Joint Director of School Education / District Educational Ofcers in the State are further informed that at District Level the fag shall be hoisted by the District Educational Ofcer / Regional Joint Directorof School Education and at School Level it should be hoisted by the Chairman, Parents' Committee
