Here is the process , How to check Students Aadhar with Grama/ward sachivalayam data base & Household mapping status with appropriate volunteer details
Student info site లో new admissions చేసేటపుడు
ఒక్కోసారి Given Aadhar number details not available in sachivalayam data base అని వస్తుంది
దానితో పాటు Dear Head Master, Please inform the parents to get their children Aadhar data updated, else their data cannot be validated and they will not get any benifits and Please obtain the same declaration from the parent/guardians అని ఒక check box కూడా చూపిస్తుంది
దీనికి కారణం student కి Aadhar ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఆ details appropriate Grama/ward secretariat లో house hold mapping జరగక పోవడం మరియు ekyc చేయకపోవడం వల్ల జరుగుతుంది

పై link click చేసి Aadhar number and captcha Enter చేసి check పై click చేయాలి
Option 1:
అపుడు your Aadhar is not enumerated అని వస్తే create grievance data(district,mandal, secretariat, citizen name, gender, mobile number etc...) fill చేసి house hold mapping చేపించాలి తర్వాత volunteer దగ్గర ekyc చేయించాలి

అపుడు volunteer details తో పాటు sachivalayam details కూడా వస్తె student Aadhar already sachivalayam data base లో ఉంది అని అర్దం.

మరి student Aadhar already sachivalayam data base లో ఉండి కూడా student info site లో Given Aadhar number details not available in sachivalayam data base అని వస్తె house hold mapping pending లో ఉంది అని అర్దం
